2. Conditions for Exchange & Return
2.1 Eligible Products for Exchange or Return
Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and accompanied by all accessories (if applicable) and original tags.
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting an exchange or return.
Customized or modified products based on customer requests are not eligible for return or exchange.
2.2 Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
Discounted products or those purchased during promotional campaigns, unless they are defective or not as described.
Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.
Any product without the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Exchange & Return Procedures
3.1 How to Request an Exchange or Return

The customer will be contacted within 48 hours to determine the return or exchange steps.
The customer bears the shipping fees for exchanges or returns, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
3.2 Processing Returns & Refunds
Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, the refund request will be processed within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.
If the payment was made via credit card, the refund process may take up to 15 business days, depending on the bank’s policies.
4. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
