These terms are governed by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations as stated in the official document.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this document:

Store / We / Us: Refers to BRUVE GROUP, the owner and operator of the platform.
User / Customer: Any individual accessing or purchasing from the site.
Products: All goods made available through the store.
Services: Include sales, shipping, support, and account management.

2. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all activities related to:

Browsing the website
Purchasing products
Communicating with us
Using any content, images, or videos
Subscribing to the mailing list

These terms apply to all users inside and outside the Kingdom.

3. Website Use Requirements

Users must be 18+ or have guardian approval.
Users must not misuse the content or brand identity.
Users may not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
The store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates regulations.

4. Accuracy of Information

According to Article (6) of the Executive Regulations:

The customer must provide accurate and complete information when registering or completing a purchase, including:

Full name
Mobile number
Email address
National address

Any errors in the provided information may lead to delays or cancellation of the shipment without liability on the store.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
Fees may include: product price + VAT + shipping charges (if applicable).
Available payment methods:
- Mada
- Credit Cards
- Apple Pay (depending on payment gateway activation)

BRUVE does not store any card data. All processing occurs through licensed payment gateways.

The store reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Confirmed orders are not affected.

6. Order Confirmation

Once payment is completed:

The customer receives an order confirmation notice.
The order is prepared within the time stated on the product page.
Confirmation is considered a binding contract under Articles (7) and (8) of the Executive Regulations.

7. Shipping & Delivery

The store ships to all regions of Saudi Arabia via approved couriers.
Delivery times vary by city and courier.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unresponsiveness will result in the shipment being returned, and the customer will bear re-shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon receipt.

8. Returns & Exchanges

The customer may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order if the following conditions are met:

Product is completely unused
Product is in its original condition
Includes all accessories, tags, and packaging
No damage caused by misuse

The store does not accept returns for:

Worn or washed items
Items with scents, stains, or wear marks
Items purchased under Final Sale
Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

This aligns with Article (13) of the Executive Regulations.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before the “Preparation” stage.
Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and must be treated as a return request.

10. Warranties

All BRUVE products undergo a quality check before shipping.
The store does not provide warranties for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

11. Intellectual Property

The following are owned by BRUVE:

Logo
Visual identity
Images
Videos
Design names
Written content
Layout and presentation

Any use without written permission is considered infringement and may result in legal action.

12. Legal Liability

The store is not responsible for:

Any dealings outside the official platform
Damages from improper product use
Shipping delays or weather-related issues
The website is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law
